Polishing efficiently and effectively
As glass is a very hard material the diameter of a polishing disc determines the pressure which is required to reach the correct pressure per cm² by the user. The bigger the disk the more pressure a worker needs to apply when polishing a scratch. With our Scratch AWay glass polishing disk of Ø50mm a minimum pressure is needed during polishing in horizontal and in vertical position (when the window is installed). This ideal size, low number of RPM and non-spattering makes polishing efficiently in any workshop or on location.

No spattering
The polishing foam starts to come out of the disk when the correct temperature of 65°C/149°F is achieved, stays at the polishing area and does not spatter like ordinary polishing pastes do. This makes Scratch Away unique and very suitable also inside cars, trucks, busses and trains. The Scratch Away glass polishing disc Ø50mm can remove approximately 23 scratches of 50 mm long.
